On the afternoon of December 30, 2015, an internal training session titled "Service Spirit" was held in Xi'an Ultrafiltration. All the company's employees participated in the training. The training mainly focused on how the company could better and more satisfactorily provide services to customers, and provided exploration and inspiration for enterprises on how to obtain stronger competitiveness under the current situation.
This training has received high attention from the company's leadership. Against this backdrop, the company held this training session to enhance the employees' understanding of the service spirit.
The main speaker of this training, Mr. Wang Li, is a professional manager with 20 years of experience in the service industry. He holds positions such as the Secretary-General of the Inner Mongolia Chapter of the International Golden Key Organization and the Deputy General Manager of an Inner Mongolia hotel. He has a unique understanding of the service industry. In the course, Mr. Wang linked theory with practice, delivered a lively and interesting lecture, and expounded on the essence of modern service industry from aspects such as shaping the workplace image of employees, the transformation of service concepts, and the sense of mission and happiness in service. The concepts proposed by Mr. Wang, such as the "servant ethics service view", "the theory of flattering", "marketing is not about the product but the dream", and "service is the happiness that benefits both employees and customers", made the classroom atmosphere lively, and the interactive also attracted active participation from everyone.
